January 31, 2008: The book has been sent to the publisher! You can see it (no cover yet) on Amazon.

January 1, 2008: All camera-ready chapters have been received, and we are iterating with a few authors to finish some final details. The final proofs will be sent out for author review shortly.

October 31, 2007: The critiques are complete and are in the process of being sent out to authors. The chapters will be revised and camera-ready versions submitted by December 1, 2007.

September 1, 2007: A total of 16 chapters have been received, resulting in a book of nearly 500 pages. The chapters are currently undergoing review and critique.

March 1, 2007: You should have received definitions.tex for use in typesetting your chapter, with notation.tex as an example of how to use the macros. If not, please contact Kiri at wkiri at this domain dot com.
