This is a tentative schedule for the book. More precise dates will be provided later.

• February 2007: Tentative book outline and the standardized notation guidelines posted.

• August 1, 2007: All chapters are due. Each contributing author team will receive two other chapters to critique.

• September 30, 2007: Author critiques are due.

• October 5, 2007: Authors will receive their critiques; revision period begins. Chapter 1 (Introduction) will be provided so that authors need not repeat material presented in it.

• December 1, 2007: Camera-ready chapters are due.

• Early 2008: Book publication.
